It builds Android apps, publishes them, maintains them and monetizes them with in-app advertising — then shares the ad revenue with the publishing partner whose Google Play account distributes them. That puts it in the same category as AdMob, Unity Ads and AppLovin, with one difference: those networks monetize apps that someone else built, while ConsoleMint builds and publishes the apps itself.
