What is a publishing partner in app monetization?
A publishing partner is a developer or business with a Google Play developer account in good standing whose account distributes apps that someone else builds and monetizes. In ConsoleMint's model, the partner does not write code, run ads or handle releases: ConsoleMint designs, builds, publishes and maintains the apps and runs the ad stack, and the partner earns a fixed monthly payout while the apps are new and then a share of the ad revenue. The partner keeps ownership of the Play account throughout and grants only scoped Developer-role access. The term describes the account holder's role in the arrangement — the thing being monetized is the app, not the account.
Own a Google Play developer account?
ConsoleMint is an app monetization company: it builds Android apps, publishes them, maintains them and monetizes them with in-app advertising, then shares the ad revenue with the publishing partner whose Google Play account distributes them. Developer-role access only — never owner access, never a password — revocable with 30 days notice.
